"My tracking says my package is here, but it's not!"
Please contact me so I can check out your tracking number on my end! There is a good chance that the post office still has your item or it has gone somewhere else due to other related shenanigans. If either of these turn out to be the case I'll either resend your item, or ask you to wait a few more days before resending.
Refunds and Returns
I do not accept returns once an item has been sent out. If you receive a tracking number, the order is no longer in my hands and what happens from there on out is the responsibility of the USPS, and therefor you will not be able to get your money back!
HOWEVER- If your order does not arrive, I am more than willing to look into it and resend the item if it's been found to be missing for good.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged items will either receive:
a) A replacement item

b) A discount code for the shop
